Boost your brainpower

No need to go out and purchase that pack of nike sweatbands well not be working up a sweat for these exercises. Were going to talk about ways to transform those flabby brain cells into lean, mean thinking machines.

Games
Playing games aid in developing logic and thinking skills, as so should boost our brain power. As a bonus these games help to decrease stress levels. So go ahead play a game but ensure its one that helps your brain such as or soduku.

Eat your way to a better brain
If you could just eat certain types of food to boost your brain power, you would, right? Apparently you can. Scientists are finding that foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids can increase cells associated with learning in the brain. Seems our parents were right, fish is good brain food. So try to include food such as salmon ,flax seed, walnuts you can also head to your local pharmacy to get some supplements. Another tip is to try to eat a good healthy breakfast, according to research published in 2003 by Reading University, persons breakfasting on fizzy drinks and sugary snacks performed at the level of an average 70-year-old in tests of memory and attention.

Improve memory
One way to do that is to use memory aids. You can link whatever you need to learn to something that’s you’re already familiar with. You can also try to repeat a persons name when they tell you.

Listening to music
Some students swear by listening to classical music when studying, many people say listening to classical music helps make you smarter. Is this really true though? I have read that listening to Mozart should improve people's mathematical and spatial reasoning. It doesn’t work for everyone , it did not not work for me. Many think that any benefits which are derived from its use are really due to the fact that it causes stress reduction that causes a brain boost. There is evidence, however, that learning to play an instrument helps to improve IQ.If you can fit it in youre schedule why not try these two options to see if they work for you?
